Based on the Food Safety Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 84/2008,
Royal Decree No. 92/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Wealth to the Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries Wealth, and Water Resources, Specifying Its Competencies and Adopting Its Organizational Structure,
and the Food Safety Regulation issued by Ministerial Decision No. 2/2010,
and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,
and in pursuance of public interest,
It is hereby decided
