We, Qaboos Bin Said, Sultan of Oman

After perusal of the royal decree No. 26/75 promulgating the law organizing the state administrative apparatuses as amended, and

The foreigner residency law No. 38/73, and

The royal decree No. 3/83 promulgating the law organizing the Omani nationality as amended, and

The royal decree No. 35/90 promulgating the police law, and

For the public interest

have decreed as follows:
