Based on Royal Decree No. 97/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion, Defining its Competencies, and Approving its Organizational Structure,

Ministerial Decision No. 15 / 88 Prohibiting the Sale of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinders Except in Licensed Warehouses,

and the Regulation for the Sale, Maintenance, and Replacement of Damaged Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinders issued by Ministerial Decision No. 11 / 94,

and with the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

and in accordance with the public interest,

it is hereby decided
