We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011,

Royal Decree 48/2019 Approving the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, Occidental Oman Block 65 LLC, and Oman Oil Company for Exploration and Production LLC for Block 65,

and the collection of documents nominating 30% of the participation share that the government has the right to nominate in the petroleum agreement signed on 16 December 2018 for Concession Block 65 to OQ Exploration and Production LLC (formerly Oman Oil Company for Exploration and Production LLC),

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
