Based on the Telecommunications Regulatory Law issued by Royal Decree No. 30/2002,

the Executive Regulations of the Telecommunications Regulatory Law issued by Decision No. 144/2008,

the Regulations for Handling Telecommunications Devices issued by Decision No. 59/2015,

and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority,

and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

and in accordance with the public interest,
