We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman
After reviewing the Basic Law of the State,
the Law on Advocacy promulgated by Royal Decree No. 108 / 96,
Royal Decree No. 88 / 2020 merging the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Legal Affairs into one Ministry called the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs, determining its competencies and adopting its organizational structure,
after presenting it to the Council of Oman,
And in pursuance the public interest,
We hereby decreed as follows:
