We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic statute of the State,
And the Agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on the exemption of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports,
Signed in New York on the 23rd of September 2024,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
We hereby decreed as follows:
