We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic statute of the State,
And the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Suriname on mutual visa exemption for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports, signed in New York on the 26th of September 2024,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
We hereby decreed as follows:
