Based on the veterinary Quarantine Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 45/2004, the Executive Regulation of the veterinary Quarantine Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 107/2008, And the recommendation of the competent veterinary entity to prohibit the import of live birds and their products, derivatives, and waste from some states, And in pursuance of the public interest,
