We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic statute of the State,
And the Agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and Ireland for the elimination of double taxation on income taxes and the prevention of tax evasion and avoidance, signed in Muscat on the 30th of May, 2024,
And in pursuance of public interest,
We decreed the following
