Pursuant to the Maritime Law promulged  by Royal Decree No. 19/2023,
Royal Decree No. 60/84 the accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the two international conventions for the Prevention of Collisions at Sea and for the Safety of Life at Sea,
Royal Decree No. 63/2004 ratifying the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code,
Royal Decree No. 90/2020 establishing the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, determining its powers, and adopting its organizational structure,
And the Ship and Port Security Regulations issued by Ministerial Decision No. 137/2016,
And in pursuance of  the public interest,
