We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
And the Agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Estonia to avoid double taxation and prevent tax evasion regarding income taxes, signed in Muscat on 27 October 2024,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
We decreed as follows
