We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
And the Air transport Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Chad, signed in Kuala Lumpur on the 24th of October, 2024,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
We hereby decreed the following:
