Based on the Law on the Regulation and Privatization of the Electricity and Related Water Sector promulgated by Royal Decree 78/2004,
the Regulation for the Distribution and Tariff of Electricity and Drinking Water issued by Ministerial Decision 7/86,
the Regulation of the Approved Tariff for the Connection and Supply of Electricity issued by Decision 6/2020,
and the approval of the Council of Ministers,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
