We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic statute of the State,
And the Framework Agreement for the Establishment of Private Sector Operations between the Sultanate of Oman and the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID), signed in Washington, D.C., on October 23, 2024,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
We hereby decreed as follows
