The combating Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 30/2016,
The National Payment Systems Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 8/2018,
The Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 18/2019,
The Bankruptcy Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 53/2019,
And in pursuance of the public interest,

We decreed as follows
