We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
And the Mineral Resources Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 19/2019,
And the Exploration and Mining Concession Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Oman Chromite Company SAOG for Block No. (11A), signed on 9 October 2024,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
