The Measurement and Calibration Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 17 / 2013,

Royal Decree No. 97 / 2020, amending the name of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion, and defining its competencies and organizational structure,

The Registration Regulations for Testing and Calibration Laboratories issued by Ministerial Decision No. 59 / 2011,

And The approval of the Ministry of Finance,

And in pursuance of the public interest,

It is hereby decided
