The Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 18/2019,
The System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 75/2020,
Royal Decree No. 5/2021 Converting the Muscat Securities Market into a Closed Omani Joint Stock Company under the name Muscat Stock Exchange S.A.O.C.,
The Securities Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 46/2022,
And Royal Decree No. 20/2024 Establishing the Financial Services Authority and Issuing Its System,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows
