After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
The Law Regulating the Ministry of Foreign Affairs promulgated by Royal Decree No. 32/2008,
The State Administrative Apparatus System promulgated by Royal Decree No. 75/2020,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
