We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
And the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Maritime Transport and Ports between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, signed in the city of Rabat on 4 July 2023,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
