We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
And the Mineral Resources Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 19/2019,
And the Exploration and Mining Concession Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Al Haditha Mining Company LLC for Block No. (B 22), signed on 22 January 2025,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
