Royal Decree No. 28/2025 Ratifying the Marsa Protocol Related to the Concession Agreement for Block No. (10) and the LNG Bunkering Project

We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 8/2011,
Royal Decree No. 12/2022 ratifying the oil agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Al Majd Gas Development LLC, Shell Integrated Gas Oman B.V., Marsa LNG LLC, and Shell Development Oman LLC for Block No. (10), signed on 21 December 2021,
And the Marsa Protocol related to the Concession Agreement for Block No. (10) and the LNG Bunkering Project, signed on 21 April 2024,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
