We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
And the Mineral resources Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 19/2019,
And the Concession Agreement for the Extraction and Processing of Sea salt between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Al Baraka Petrochemical Salts LLC for Block No. (62A), signed on 22 January 2025,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
