We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing the Royal Decree No. 26/75 Promulgating State Administrative Apparatus Law its amendments,
Royal Decree No. 116/91 promulgating the Regulation for Public Authorities and Institutions,
And Royal Decree No. 102/94 on the Investment of Foreign Capital,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed the following:
