We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,

After perusal the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree No. 101/96,

and the 1958 United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards,

and in pursuance of public interest,
