After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96, and

The Law regulating the Omani nationality promulgated by Royal Decree No. 3/83 as amended, and

The law for the personal identity card promulgated by Royal Decree No. 2/87, and

The organizational structure for Royal Oman Police promulgated by Royal Decree No. 89/91, and

The foreigner residency law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 16/95, and

The personal status law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 32/97, and

For the public interest
