We, Qaboos Bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/98; 

Royal Decree No. 25/84 Regulating Penal Judicature and amendments thereto;

Judicial Authority Law issued by the Royal Decree No. 90/99;

and the Public Prosecution Law issued by Royal Decree No. 92/99;

and in pursuance of public interest,

hereby decree the following
