We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing the Basic law of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
And the Law for the Organization of Clubs and Associations in the Sultanate issued on January 1, 1972,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
Hereby decreed the following:
