We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
and the Protocol of Oman’s Accession to the Marrakech Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, signed in Geneva on the 10th of October 2000,
and in pursuance of the public interest.
We decreed the following:
