after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,

the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 4/74 and its amendments,

the Customs Law (Regulation) promulgated by Royal Decree No. 22/78 and its amendments,

the Corporate Income Tax Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/81 and its amendments,

the Foreign Capital Investment Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 102/94 and its amendments,

the Policies and Rules of Privatisation issued by the Royal Decree 42/96,

the Capital Market Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 80/98 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
