We, Qaboos bin Said, sultan of Oman
After perusal of the basic law of the state issued by the Royal decree No.101/96,
The law on conservation of the environment and prevention of pollution issued by the Royal Decree No.10/82 and amendments thereof,
The Royal Decree No.86/2001 specifying the responsibilities of the Ministry of Regional Municipality, Environment and Water Resources and approving its organizational structure,
and In accordance with the public interest
Have decreed as follows
