We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
And the Agreement for the Establishment of the Arab Women's Organization, which was signed by the Sultanate on 16/7/2002,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
Have decreed the following:
