the Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit promulgated by Royal Decree 64/78,
the Land Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 5/80 and its amendments,
the law regulating the usufruct of the lands of the Sultanate of Oman issued by Royal Decree No. 5/81 and its amendments,
the Corporate Income Tax Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/81 and its amendments,
the Government Tenders Law and Regulations, issued by Royal Decree No. 86/84 and its amendments,
After-Service Pensions and Benefits for Omani Government Employees Law promulgated by Royal Decree 26/86 and its amendments,
the Public Authorities and Organizations System, promulgated by the Royal Decree No.116/91,
Foreign Capital Investment Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 102/94 and its amendments,
the Policies and Rules of Privatisation issued by the Royal Decree 42/96,
the Law of Arbitration in Civil and Commercial Disputes promulgated by Royal Decree 47/97, and its amendments,
the Financial Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/98 and its amendments,
the Capital Market Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 80/98 and its amendments,
the Rules of Privatisation of AI-Kamil Power Station in the East Region and Barka Power and Water Desalination Station by the Royal Decree 54/2000,
the State Financial Audit Law promulgated by the Royal Decree 55/2000,
the law granting the Salalah Electricity Utility concession – Royal Decree No: 20/2001,
Royal Decree No. 47/2001 Making Ministerial Amendment,
Royal Decree No. 5/2003 Approving the Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Housing, Electricity and Water and defining its powers,
the Labour Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 35/2003,
and the Privatization Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 77/2004,
and in pursuance of public interest,
