We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
and the Framework Agreement for Cooperation between the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council States and the MERCOSUR Organization, signed in Brasília on May 10, 2005,
and in pursuance of the public interest.
We decreed the following:
