We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State issued by Royal Decree No. 26/75 and its amendments,

The Regulations of Public Corporations and Institutions issued by the Royal Decree. 116/91,

Financial Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/98 and its amendments,

Royal Decree No. 4/1999 Determining the Powers of Ministry of National Economy and Approving Its Organization Structure,

The Telecommunications Regulatory Law issued by Royal Decree No. 30/2002,

The Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree No. 120/2004 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
