We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing the Basic law of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101 / 96,
Royal Decree No. 71 / 97 for the reformation of the National Committee for Child Care and defining its powers,
Royal Decree No. 32 / 2003 for defining the powers of the Ministry of Social Development and adopting its organizational structure,
And in pursuance of public interest.
We decreed the following:
