We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
and the Agreement regarding the Rules of Origin of the Trade Preferential System among Member States of the Islamic conference Organization
and in pursuance of the public interest.
