We, Qaboos bin Said,
Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing the Basic Law of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
And the Framework Agreement on Economic, commercial, Investment, and Technical Cooperation between the Gulf Cooperation Council States and Malaysia, signed on the 26th of Safar 1432 , corresponding to the 30th of January 2011 ,
And in pursuance of public interest,
We have decree as follows:
