We, Qaboos bin Said,
Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing the Basic Law of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
And the agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the encouragement and mutual protection of investments, signed in Hanoi on the 5th of Safar 1432 , corresponding to the 10th of January 2011 ,
And in pursuance of public interest,
have decree as follows:
