We, Qaboos bin Said,
Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing the Basic Law of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
The Foreign Capital Investment Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 102/94,
Royal Decree No. 59/96 establishing the Omani Center for Investment Promotion and Export Development,
The Law on Delegation and Transfer of Authorities promulgated by Ottoman Decree No. 17/2010,
And Royal Decree No. 52/2011 amending certain provisions of Royal Decree No. 59/96,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
Have decree as follows:
