Royal Decree No. 71/2012 promulgating the Postal Service Regulatory Law

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Postal Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 27/80,

the System for the Collection of Taxes, Fees, and Other Amounts Due to Units of the State Administrative Apparatus of the promulgated by Royal Decree 32/94,

Financial Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/98,

Administrative Court Law promulgated by Royal Decree 91/99,

The Banking Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 114 / 2000,

The Telecommunications Regulatory Law issued by Royal Decree No. 30/2002,

 Royal Decree 48/2005 Establishing Oman Post Company (SAOC),

Royal Decree 19/2008 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Transport and Communication and Approving Its Organisational Structure,

and after presentation to the Council of Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
