Royal Decree No. 2 / 2014 Ratifying the Framework Agreements for Economic, Trade, Investment, and Technical Cooperation between the Gulf Cooperation Council States and the United States of America and the Republic of Peru

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman, 

After reviewing the Basic Law of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96, 

The Framework Agreement for Economic, Trade, Investment, and Technical Cooperation between the Gulf Cooperation Council States and the United States of America signed in New York on September 25, 2012, 

And the Framework Agreement for Economic, Trade, Investment, and Technical Cooperation between the Gulf Cooperation Council States and the Republic of Peru signed in Lima on October 1, 2012, 

After presenting to the Majlis A'Shura, 

And in pursuance of the public interest, 

Have decreed as follows:
