We, Qaboos Bin Saed The Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Omani Basic law promulgated by Royal Decree Number 101/96, and
The Consumer Protection law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 81/2002, and
After referral of the same to the Council of Oman,
and In accordance with the public interest;
