We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by
Royal Decree 101/96;
Public Authority for Consumer Protection System promulgated by Royal Decree No. 53/2011;
and after presentation to the Council of Oman;
and in pursuance of public interest;
