Royal Decree No. 70/2014 Approving the Accession of sultanate of Oman to the Membership of the Plant Protection Organization in the Near East

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
Royal Decree No. 88/88 approving the sultanate of Oman accession to the International Plant Protection Convention,
and the Agreement for the Establishment of the Plant Protection Organization in the Near East,
and in pursuance of the public interest.
We decreed the following:
