We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Public Authorities and Establishments System promulgated by Royal Decree 116/91
Royal Decree 26/2011 Establishing the Public Authority for Consumer Protection,
the Public Authority for Consumer Protection System promulgated by Royal Decree 53/2011,
and the Competition Protection and Monopoly Prevention Law promulgated by Royal Decree
67/2014,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
