We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and Law of Arbitration in Civil and Commercial Disputes promulgated by Royal Decree 47/97,
and The Regulations of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry promulgated by Royal Decree 45/2017,
And in pursuance of public interest,
