We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Public Authorities and Establishments System promulgated by Royal Decree 116/91,

Royal Decree 76/2004 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Manpower and Approving its Organisational Structure,

and Royal Decree 98/2011 Establishing the Public Authority of Manpower Register and Promulgating its System,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
