We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing Royal Decree No. 26/75 Promulgating the Administrative Apparatus Law of the State and its amendments,
and the Charter of the International Maritime Satellite Organization (Inmarsat) and its operating agreement, signed in London on September 3, 1976.
We decreed the following:
